Art Therapy at Sing Sing Prison by Jane Marks Hart, MA, ATR – BC, LCAT

The lecture describes Jane’s experience of conducting the first art therapy group for a men’s maximum security prison: Sing Sing Correctional Institution in Ossining, New York, also known as The Big House, Up the River, and home of The Last Mile. Jane will share what she has learned about working with this special population…and how the uncluttered approach that I’ve discovered there could be adapted to work with many other different kinds’ populations.
