Over ten years of clinical practice doing psychotherapy, counselling and expressive arts therapy with individuals, families and groups in private, school and organizational settings. Experience in the development of treatment plans, stress management, staff and professional development. Over twenty years of strong senior management and operational experience in non-profit and educational settings; experience in teacher training, curriculum development, academic and field research, program design, management and implementation, proposal writing and fundraising, community mobilization; international consulting experience in training adults who teach children, in developing early childhood and elementary education programs, including special education programs, and both preventive and rehabilitative culturally relevant/rooted psychosocial programs for individuals and groups in trauma/conflict situations.
