Over twenty years of strong senior management and operational experience in non-profit and educational settings; experience in teacher training, curriculum development, academic and field research, program design, management and implementation, proposal writing and fundraising, community mobilization; international consulting experience in training adults who teach children, in developing early childhood and elementary education programs, including special education programs, and both preventive and rehabilitative culturally relevant/rooted psychosocial programs for individuals and groups in trauma/conflict situations.
